Madison graduated from Iowa State University in 2017 with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. During her time at Iowa State, Madison was a reporter and editor for the Iowa State Daily. Following a year and a half long internship with Kemin Industries, she joined RE/MAX Concepts as the Digital Media Specialist in 2018. She specializes in social media strategies and graphic design and became a licensed real estate instructor in 2019. Madison became the RE/MAX Concepts Marketing Strategist in 2021. She lives in Des Moines with her boyfriend Grant and their two dogs, Bruce & Bucky.

Mimi joins the team with over 15 years in Marketing. She joined The Cornerstone Collective as the dynamo of all things marketing and branding. Her unique experience in property management, land, and construction is a true asset to the team. She combines all her skills and experiences to specialize in assisting the team and clients buy and sell their homes, real estate marketing, and social media.

Alexa is our Agent Care Representative (ACR) and has six years of experience assisting agents. She processes our listings and sales paperwork to ensure compliance. Alexa graduated from the University of Iowa in 2015 with a degree in Communication Studies. She currently lives in Adel with her husband and pets.
